Fall Turkey Chili Recipe

Published on November 10, 2014 in All Recipes, Main Dishes.

This turkey chili recipe comes from my good friend Paula Jaszkowski. Just in time, too. Fall is here, and everyone at my house is craving chili.

Paula has been a friend of mine since college – which is much too long ago for anyone to remember (besides she was much younger than I). Over the years, Paula has taken her creative inspiration and applied it not only to her job but to the creative enterprises of supporting her son’s schools – much to the advantage of the theater arts departments, dances, proms, events and virtually everything from Halloween parties to her son’s graduation.

Paula’s creativity carries very well into the kitchen where she has applied classical technique with a Mom’s “Need for Speed” and served extraordinary meals to her friends and family for decades. Paula and I bumped into each other last spring while I was in Portland teaching a class on spices to whoever felt like attending at the Research Chef’s Association Convention. My class samples now adorn her kitchen, and she has created some wonderful dishes to share with you.
